AEABB79
Description
A relatively complete crocodile shaped mummy bundle composed of visible plant material (reeds) with a dark layer of linen (missing in the mid-section). Linen string secures the proximal and distal ends.
Radiographs show a complete mummy bundle containing to skeletal material. Images show fragments of eggshell in the centre of the bundle. The length of the bundle was created from reeds laid longitudinally. The head area seems more radiodense than the rest of the body, possibly due to a heavy application of resin. CT does not add anything to the radiographic report.
